Brian J. Levine, Esq.
Certified by the Supreme Court of New Jersey as a Civil Trial Attorney.
Brian J. Levine has represented victims of injury in medical malpractice since 1987. Initially for the first six years of practice, Brian also represented defendant physicians and hospitals in regard to medical malpractice claims and therefore has an unique perspective from which to analyze and present medical malpractice claims.
Brian has been the Municipal Court Judge for the Township of Scotch Plains since April 2001. He also has been appointed by the Administrative Office of the Courts to serve as an Arbitrator in Union and Morris Counties for automobile and personal injury cases since 1998. He has been the primary motivating force leading to published decisions in the area of negligent security and intentional torts in the workplace, as well as other areas of litigation.
Robert E. Brenner, Esq.
Robert E. Brenner has represented clients in the area of complex personal injury, commercial, employment and labor matters since 1998.
Robert graduated from Seton Hall University of Law, Newark, New Jersey, with a Juris Doctor Degree in May of 1987. Thereafter, he clerked for The Honorable Murray G. Simon, Presiding Judge, Chancery Division, Essex County, Superior Court of New Jersey.
Thereafter, Robert spent eight years at the Firm of Budd Larner in Short Hills, New Jersey, concentrating primarily in complex personal injury matters.
In 1996, Robert took over Brenner & Levine, P.A., the family law firm which was started by his grandfather, Louis P. Brenner, more than seventy years ago.
Since January 1998, the firm has been run by Robert and his partner Brian J. Levine, providing the finest representation to victims of negligence actions. Robert also represents a number of trucking firms in labor matters as well as insurance companies with regard to the defense of third- party personal injury claims and workers' compensation claims.
